Terms of Service
By using I Love Social (“the Service,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Service.
What the Service Does
I Love Social lets you download publicly accessible Pinterest media — images, videos, GIFs, and Idea Pins — by submitting a public Pinterest link. We retrieve the media from its public source and deliver it to you. We do not host, store, or maintain a library of Pinterest content on our servers.
Who Can Use It
You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your country — generally, that means you’re old enough to use online services without a parent or guardian’s consent where you live. By using the Service, you confirm that’s true for you.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use I Love Social only for:
- Downloading public Pinterest content you own, have the right to use, or are otherwise authorized to save.
- Personal, non-commercial reference, backup, or inspiration — unless you have explicit permission from the content owner to use it commercially.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Access private, login-only, restricted, deleted, or otherwise unavailable Pinterest content, or attempt to bypass Pinterest’s access controls, authentication, or security measures.
- Download content for resale, redistribution, or republishing without the original creator’s permission.
- Automate, scrape, or bulk-abuse the Service in a way that disrupts it for other users.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes someone else’s rights.
Intellectual Property
Content you download through I Love Social belongs to its original creator, not to us and not to you by virtue of downloading it. A public Pin is not automatically free to reuse, copy, or redistribute. We don’t grant you any rights to downloaded media beyond what the original creator or Pinterest’s own terms allow. You’re responsible for making sure your use of any downloaded file complies with applicable copyright law and the rights of the original creator.
No Affiliation with Pinterest
I Love Social is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pinterest or any of its related entities. “Pinterest” and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every Pinterest link. Pinterest can change its platform at any time in ways that temporarily or permanently affect how the Service works, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that downloaded files will always be accurate, complete, or of a particular quality, since this depends on what Pinterest itself makes available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Love Social and its operator(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or claims arising from content you download or how you use it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
